Late game heroics by Dorman save Revs on Independence Day

Carson, CA. – Andy Dorman silenced a sell-out crowd at the Home Depot Center, scoring on the last kick of the game to give the Revs a 1-1 tie with the Los Angeles Galaxy on Independence Day. The Galaxy took a late lead and seemed to be headed to victory, but for the late game heroics the Revolution had in store. |

Foxboro, MA. – The New England Revolution won their ninth game of the season on Saturday in exciting fashion. After getting out to an early lead, the Revs gave up two goals and fell into a 2-1 whole. They came back scoring three goals in the last eighteen minutes to win the match 4-2 and improve their record to 9-1-4. |

Columbus, OH. – After a disappointing first loss of the season to DC United last Saturday, the Revs bounced back with a 3-1 victory over the Columbus Crew. The Revs fell behind early, but scored three unanswered goals to win the match. |
